Autumn/Winter 2015 London Fashion Week- Recap

I completely flaked on London Fashion Week over the weekend. With Miss. B’s gymnastics and skating, & Scott embracing his accident prone side I only just recently found time to go back and review the collections that walked down the runway in London this past week. Thank goodness I did though or else I could have missed the BEST show ever!

Favourite Collections: (1)Holly Fulton (2) Gareth Pugh (3)Antonio Berardi

Gareth Pugh no doubt put on the best show and most impactful collection of the season. It was strong, striking, and terrifyingly lovely. If you don’t look at any other collection this season, take a look at Gareth Pugh! Holly Fulton put out a charmingly feminine collection while Antonio Berardi thrilled with colours and eye catching patterns. I loved his rich tones, and great pairing of solids, patterns, & style.

Favourite Pieces:(1)Bora Aksu (2)Erdem (3)Joseph

A few pieces that really stood out were a couple of dresses from Bora Asku and Erdem and a deer hide shirt from Joseph. I loved the detail work and soft pastels from Bora, while Erdem did a fantastic job of pairing a colourful, metallic pattern and it’s invert in a classic style. Of course my favourite is the deer shirt; my country style will always catch up with me! (But even this country girl knows sandals=no socks! :P)

What caught your eye in London this season?
