First Snow & Wedding Dress Shopping!

The nice thing about living in a small town is that life tends to move at a slower pace, and quite often friendships can last an entire lifetime. 99% of my close friends I’ve literally known since elementary school & this summer I had the complete privilege of being a bridesmaid in a wedding for one of said friends.

Looks like Bridesmaids duties aren’t quite over as I’ve been enlisted into another bridal party! My favourite part that comes along with it, Wedding Dress Shopping!

Dress 1 ( OR LookBook Pg. 10, $899), Dress 2 (OR LookBook Pg.116, $499)

Mrs. A pulled off pretty much every single dress (size 0! What?!) but these two are must-favs! They are completely her personality, modern, flirty, & fun! Since her wedding is still fairly far in the future I can’t wait to go back with expectations to actually settle on a dress and see what she decides!

Sat Night

Saturday night was a girls night in after all the hubbub & excitement of wedding dress shopping, which involved matching French manicures (Tip: Use a thin make-up brush dipped in nail-polish remover to keep your lines sharp), a crazy trip back to my childhood with a Scooby-Doo marathon, & afterwards a quiet cup of tea to the tunes of Taylor Swift’s new CD 1989. (Not normally a pop fan but she switched genres beautifully & her ‘Shake it Off’ and ‘Blank Space’ are def. favs)

Sunday also happened to be our first real snow fall… both of my trouble makers immediately headed outdoors to enjoy the frosty air!

Lucky me,  they also seemed to have tired themselves out pretty quick too! This gave me the perfect time to mop the floors without dirty little footprints everywhere…princess here hated getting his feet wet from walking on the floors! Adorb <3 Now I just have to get winter tires on the truck! Eps!

Has the snow hit you yet?
